<strong>Major Responsibilities<br><br></strong>Performs non-technical duties in the Department of Radiology<br><br><ul><li>Assists in answering phones, scheduling patients, necessary paperwork.</li><li>Paging Physicians.</li><li>Performs required RIS/PACS computer functions.</li><li>Performs all functions of Film Library, to include processing stat readings, downloading and burning CDs</li><li>Other duties as assigned by technologists and department leadership to facilitate patient throughput.<br><br></li></ul>Assist radiographers with difficult patients, maneuvering carts and positioning patients.<br><br>Maintains adequate level of supplies.<br><br><ul><li>Prepares necessary supplies prior to exam.</li><li>Cleans and stocks exam rooms with supplies and linen. For patient lifts of over 35 pounds, or when patient is unable to assist with the lift, patient handling equipment is expected to be used, with at least one other associate, when available.
