Reach Truck Driver / FLT Driver / Forklift Driver – Bradford – Immediate Start – Temp to Perm

We are currently recruiting experienced Reach Truck Drivers, in Bradford for an immediate start in a modern warehouse environment. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering full-time hours, excellent pay rates, and long-term career stability.

This role is ideal for a qualified Reach Truck FLT Driver with warehouse experience looking for secure employment in Bradford with overtime available and permanent opportunities.

Applicants must hold a valid Reach Truck FLT certificate and be confident working in a busy distribution warehouse environment.

Pay Rates:

Day Shift: £12.93 per hour

Night Shift: £15.19 per hourOvertime Available:

Days: £14.97 (P1) | £18.01 (P2)

Nights: £17.23 (P1) | £20.27 (P2)Shift Pattern:

4 on / 4 off shift pattern

12-hour shifts (6AM–6PM or 6PM–6AM)

48 hours per week

Temp to Perm after 12 weeksReach Truck Driver / FLT Driver Duties:

Operating a Reach Truck Forklift safely within a busy warehouse

Moving, loading, and putting away pallets

Picking stock using RF scanners and warehouse systems (EWM)

Working to warehouse performance targets

Supporting with general warehouse and FLT duties

Maintaining health and safety standards at all timesWarehouse Environment:

Modern high-bay warehouse

Pallets stored up to 6 levels high

Robotic shuttle storage system

Handling beverage products

Performance targets:

16 pallet put-aways per hour

12 picks per hourRequirements – Reach Truck Driver / FLT Driver

Valid Reach Truck FLT certificate (essential)

Proven Reach Truck experience

Experience working in a warehouse or distribution environment

Ability to work 12-hour shifts
