Estamos en la búsqueda de una Recepcionista / Coordinadora de Citas orientada al servicio al cliente, organizada y con excelentes destrezas de comunicación. Esta posición será responsable de atender llamadas de pacientes, coordinar y confirmar citas, validar cobertura de planes médicos y brindar una experiencia de servicio profesional y empática desde el primer punto de contacto con la clínica.

Responsabilidades Principales

· Atender y canalizar llamadas telefónicas de pacientes de manera cordial y profesional.

· Coordinar, agendar, confirmar y reprogramar citas según disponibilidad del centro.

· Validar cobertura de planes médicos y recopilar información básica del paciente.

· Brindar orientación general sobre servicios, procesos y requisitos de citas.

· Mantener actualizados los sistemas de agenda y registros de pacientes.

· Ofrecer un alto nivel de servicio al cliente, manejando consultas y situaciones con empatía y discreción.

· Apoyar en tareas administrativas relacionadas al front desk según sea necesario.

· Colaborar con el equipo clínico y administrativo para asegurar un flujo eficiente de pacientes.

Requisitos del Puesto

· Diploma de Escuela Superior; estudios postsecundarios son un plus.

· Experiencia previa como recepcionista, preferiblemente en entornos médicos o de servicios (no indispensable).

· Habilidad para manejar múltiples llamadas y tareas simultáneamente.
