Full Time Receptionist

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Receptionist to join us at Hale Country Club & Spa in Altrincham .

We are looking for a talented, passionate individual to join our team and create memorable guest experiences. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standard of professionalism in all areas of operation and carry out all duties to our world class standards.


Main Duties of the Role

  • Welcoming members and guests to the club
  • Answering phones from prospective customers and clients, taking messages and delivering them
  • Completing administrative tasks such as filing and photocopying
  • Responding to requests for help and information
  • Monitoring the front desk and answering incoming calls, greeting customers as they enter the gym, and answering questions about the facility's services
  • Processing membership applications and fees and issuing memberships
  • Updating member records with new contact information and payment details
  • Maintaining membership records and processing fees as directed by management
  • Collecting payment from members for gym services rendered
  • Explaining facility policies and procedures to new members and helping them get acquainted with the facility

  • The ability to maintain professional standards under pressure
