We want to speak to you! </span></strong></span></p><p><span><strong><span>What will I do: </span></strong><span>The Recruiter develops, negotiates, and implements partnerships with traveling long-term care, allied and nursing healthcare professional across the nation. The Recruiter position is integral in sourcing new caregivers and has the ability to make a difference in healthcare staffing nationwide. This role is designed for someone who has an entrepreneurial mindset, go-getter initiative and drive to build and maintain numerous relationships with the various healthcare professionals. This position supports the department by sourcing new talent and working with the Account Managers, Sr. Account Managers, and Team Leads to find employment opportunities for the caregivers at healthcare facilities nationwide. This role can either be a long-term fit for someone who enjoys the role of sourcing new talent, or can be an opportunity to learn the profession and develop the skillset necessary to advance to the Account Manager role. </span></span></p><p><span><strong><span>Day in the Life:</span></strong></span></p><ul><li><span>Provide excellent customer service to caregivers, primarily through phone-based recruiting and outreach.</span></li><li><span>Maintain relationships with caregivers throughout the process from initial contact through placement, with a focus on the caregiver experience and retaining the caregiver through future placements.</span></li></ul><ul><li><span>Follows up by phone on qualified leads and seeks out potential candidates within the healthcare field to match up with open positions in healthcare facilities across the nation</span></li><li><span>Conduct initial phone screens with candidates in order to qualify candidates to open positions, then works internally with Account Managers to identify where the caregiver might be a qualified fit to work at.</span></li><li><span>Consistently meet division metrics via dials, placements, profiles, etc. </span></li><li><span>Actively seek out new and unique recruiting tools to gain new business.</span></li><li><span>Promote a team-oriented culture.</span></li><li><span>Adheres to all company policies and standards.</span></li></ul><p><span><strong><span>Who Am I:</span></strong></span></p><ul><li><span>College Degree Preferred but not required.</span></li><li><span>New College Graduates are highly encouraged to apply.</span></li><li><span>Strong verbal and written communication skills.</span></li><li><span>Ability to communicate professionally over the phone, email, text and in person.</span></li><li><span>Strong time-management skills.</span></li><li><span>Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Outlook.</span></li><li><span>Competitive nature with a teamwork spirit in mind.</span></li><li><span>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</span></li></ul><p><span><strong><span>My Team: </span></strong><span>This position will not be responsible for supervising other team members. </span></span></p><p><span><strong><span>Physical Requirements:  </span></strong><span>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.  The employee is regularly required to sit and stand; occasionally required to walk, stoop, kneel and crouch.  The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
