  • Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact between clients and candidates, ensuring clear communication and a smooth recruitment process.
  • Job Posting & Advertisement: Write compelling job descriptions and manage job postings on relevant platforms.
  • Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, offering support and guidance.
