As a Customer Service Representative – Refill Pharmacy Technician at Freedom Fertility, you’ll use your empathy and listening skills to handle inbound calls from patients and learn more about their medical history and challenges with fertility. What you need to do the job: • If residing in AZ – a valid CPhT license • If residing in MA – a valid MA Tech license Preferred CPhT • Excellent customer service, organization, and time management skills • High School Diploma or GED required • PC skills including knowledge of arenaflex Office Suite and Internet • Must reside within the state of Arizona or within driving distance of Newburyport, Massachusetts If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of 17.75 - 19 USD / hourly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location. This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
