This is a full-time Support Center position with direct reports in the field.<b> Travel is required 3 days per week.</b></p><p><br /><b>Duties and Responsibilities</b></p><p></p><p>Management, Training and Development of Regional Operations Facilities Team members assigned.<br />• Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level.<br />• Create new and enhance existing industry-compliant FMT Checklists.<br />• Establish processes to validate completion of checklists.<br />• Provide recommendations to enhance existing PM work order procedures within industry-compliant<br />• Follow up on compliance of DEF Heat Trace Checklist and Winter Checklist.<br />• Apply various computer systems to track and report maintenance requests.
