ISP Regional People Operations (HR) Administrator, US East & Canada Role Profile Purpose of Role We are seeking an exceptional Regional People Operations (HR) Administrator, US East & Canada who is team-oriented, collaborative, has a “hands-on roll-up their sleeves” attitude, has Workday experience and has high customer service standards. The Regional People Operations (HR) Administrator role will be focused on administering support with employee file maintenance to include but not limited to: multi-system reporting tasks, electronic file tracking, third-party system maintenance, and other tasks completed in alignment with ISP and school standards. This role will support our shared HR services inbox. Please note that this is a Temporary Position through June 2026, with the possibility of an extension. This individual must thrive in a fast-paced environment, with many moving pieces, have Workday experience and seeks to ensure they provide a “white-glove” customer service experience for our candidates and employees. In this role, you will be supporting a People Operations (HR) Shared Services with upwards to 1,000 employees in a multi-state environment and growing. ISP Regional People Operations (HR) Generalist, US East & Canada Key Responsibilities • Responsible for ensuring all employee files for new hires and existing employees are maintained in accordance with file standards. • Support with organizing recruitment documents to include but not limited to – gathering references, background checks and supporting with onboarding efforts, aligned to our safer recruitment processes. • Submit background checks through our background check provider (Sterling) for selected candidates. Including collection of international police checks (from candidates) as applicable. • Provide support with updating HR databases and systems related to document management initiatives. • Support with I-9 completion and organization. • Provide support with the HRIS platforms as needed. • Perform other duties as assigned. Skills, Qualifications and Experience • Good problem-solving skills. • Knowledge of recruitment process. • Digital literate with expertise in using MS Office and Adobe applications. • Ability to deliver effective results, meet tight deadlines, and targets. • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience in the Human Resources function. • Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills with employees and all levels of management; able to create a working environment of open communication and trust. • Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities. • An understanding of and commitment to the ethos of the education industry.
