[Remote] AI UPS Product Manager – Energy Infrastructure Projects

They are seeking an AI UPS Product Manager to co-lead the design and compliance of AI UPS electrical and controls hardware, conduct market analysis, and support product development activities. Responsibilities • Conduct competitor market analysis (benchmarking) that informs the product roadmap: price, differentiators, scope, etc • Create and maintain the product roadmap with the product director and core product managers • Support the sales engineering and marketing team by providing technical support and product documentation that meet the market’s needs • Lead continuous product improvement of the AI UPS by managing its lifecycle: from idea to functional product upgrade • Support product development of the AI UPS by capturing design improvement feedback from the different stakeholders: customer, sales engineering, project engineering, commissioning and service • Train teams on product functionality • Compile product technical information packages for the project engineering team • Support review and validation of the AI UPS electrical-related product during the project execution phase • Participate in product design sprints with the engineering team • Participate in the product’s commissioning phase Skills • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics Engineering, or similar technical field • 10+ years of product management experience in project-based or industrial settings • Proven system-level design experience of MW scale power electronics, BESS and related controls equipment • Understanding of BESS systems integration with power electronics equipment • Project management skills • Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical teams • Willing to travel up to 20% for product FAT inspection and site commissioning witnessing • Experience with UPS/mission critical applications or utility-scale infrastructure Benefits • Medical, dental, and vision insurance • 401(k) with company match • Paid time off and company holidays • Christmas Bonus (Aguinaldo): 30 days • Major medical expenses and life insurance • Paid time off and holidays (per local policy) • Professional development and growth opportunities Company Overview • Battery storage IPP.
