[Remote] Analyst, Process - GoFi

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. GoFi is an AI-centric, licensed auto finance company built for a digital-first world. They are seeking an experienced Process Analyst to lead process optimization efforts within GoFi's auto loan origination team, focusing on identifying inefficiencies and developing best-in-class processes.


Responsibilities

  • Leverage DMAIC methodology to identify areas of waste, inefficiency, or bottlenecks in existing processes
  • Develop and implement solutions that streamline processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and produce predictable and consistent results
  • Develop actionable recommendations for process improvements that enhance both efficiency, waste reduction, and predictability
  • Present options and outcomes to leadership, highlighting the impact on efficiency, operational performance, and customer satisfaction
  • Design and implement new processes to meet evolving business needs, ensuring that they are repeatable and predictable
  • Prepare process documentation, training materials, and SOP development for successful rollout of new processes
  • Manage end-to-end process improvement projects, from defining objectives to executing solutions and measuring results
  • Work with third party vendors and external business partners to optimize processes and products
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization including external, ensuring alignment with business objectives and priorities

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in process management, business analysis, or operations improvement
  • Proven experience with DMAIC, Lean Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies
  • Experience in the financial services, auto lending, or related industries is highly preferred
  • Strong proficiency in process mapping tools such as Microsoft Visio, Miro, or similar
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate data, uncover inefficiencies, and propose actionable solutions
  • SQL query and Data Analysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across departments and collaborate with teams in other LOBs
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to create working relationships with external vendors, build rapport, and execute projects
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
  • Process Management or Business Process Management certification is a plus
