Who are we looking for?

  • Teacher must be fluent in English.
  • The ideal candidate will have demonstrated professional experience teaching and/or tutoring online for at least 1 year, a Bachelor degree in English, K-12 English Education, elementary education, or a related field. Teachers should ideally have either a TEFL or TESOL certificate.
  • Please, do not apply if you intend to only teach for a few weeks. Our courses are built to last for 15 weeks with minimal interruptions. We expect kind, respectful, reliable, and high-quality candidates. Essential to pass a background check.
  • Must read and answer texts and emails as soon as possible.
  • The ideal candidate will understand the concept of time zone difference and work with it daily and comfortably.
  • US work authorization only.

What would make you stand out from the crowd?

  • Some experience in teaching English to elementary students as a second language.
  • Remote teaching experience (including homeschooling, tutoring, coaching, mentoring, and other experiences) is preferred.
  • Teaching certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the needs of young learners.

  • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to provide updates on student development.
