The Consulting Services Account Specialist 3 is responsible for leading services sales efforts, developing solutions aligned to customer outcomes, and managing relationships with key stakeholders within assigned accounts.


Responsibilities

  • Own the full services sales lifecycle, from identification to proposal to close
  • Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders (executive and technical) within assigned accounts
  • Lead development and presentation of proposals aligned to customer business outcomes across training, consulting and TAM
  • Collaborate with architects and delivery teams to scope and align solutions with capability
  • Maintain and forecast pipeline accurately in RHSC, Anaplan, or designated tools
  • Identify follow-on business opportunities post-delivery to grow account value
