Remote Customer Support - Evening Shift -West Coast / PST Needed

• Our work-from-home customer support team is seeking a Remote Customer Support Representative for our Afternoon/Evening shift (until 8 pm PST Monday - Saturday). Preferably located in PST time zone. • You'll be answering incoming calls and emails, verifying purchase details with prospects, making confirmation/reminder calls, and showing our customers how to maneuver through our software. • We're looking for a highly organized individual with a home office set up. Must have excellent communication skills, be tech savvy, a quick learner, a team player and a great attitude towards going the extra mile for our customers and our team. • This company has been around for 20 years and has steadily grown year after year. • Some of us have been here since the beginning. • It's a fantastic company, and an excellent way to earn good money from the comfort of your home. • Because this is a virtual position, self-discipline is a must. • Knowledge of any of the following is a plus: Hubspot, Aloware, Gmail, GSuite Calendar, arenaflex Docs, and arenaflex Sheets. • Training is paid, and the right candidate can start immediately. • Must have at least 5 years of previous customer service experience and a home office already set up. • Background check required. • Serious inquiries only please.
