Remote Digital/AI Political Campaign Manager

We are looking for a Remote Digital/AI Campaign Manager with strong email/seo marketing and sales skills, political campaign experience, and savvy on emerging technology/AI tools. You will shape our digital marketing, help close sales, and translate real campaign needs into impactful strategies and workflows. This is a unique hybrid role that extends one’s campaign experience into the business world of email/SEO marketing, digital outreach, sales, customer support, and product management. It is ideal for someone who understands campaigns inside and out and is excited to work with a technical founder to bring modern AI tools into the political space. Key Responsibilities 1. Remote/Email Marketing You will lead DenisTek’s email outreach strategy, including: • Designing and writing high-impact email campaigns • Segmenting lists and crafting targeted messaging • Managing deliverability, engagement, and A/B testing • Optimizing subject lines, CTAs, and conversion funnels • Analyzing performance metrics and recommending improvements • Building repeatable email workflows for lead generation and candidate outreach Your success in this area will directly increase revenue and client acquisition. 2. Digital & Social Media Campaigning • Create and schedule social content for political campaign audiences • Help design paid and organic digital strategies • Coordinate messaging across platforms • Track engagement, conversations, and conversions 3. Sales Support & Client Engagement • Join high-potential sales calls as a campaign expert when needed • Prepare outreach materials, decks, and talking points • Help convert warm leads into customers • Support onboarding for new campaigns • Build trust and maintain relationships with candidates and campaign teams 4. Political Strategy & AI Product Input • Identify real campaign pain points that AI tools can solve • Suggest features or workflow improvements based on field experience • Participate in early product pilot tests • Provide structured feedback to engineering on user needs 5.
