The Director of Partner Digital Transformation & Success will shape the partner experience through innovative digital and AI-driven solutions, focusing on empowering partners to succeed in their engagement with Docusign.


Responsibilities

  • Define and drive a holistic digital transformation strategy for the partner ecosystem, focused on empowering partners with intuitive, intelligent experiences
  • Create a clear vision for how AI and digital tools enhance partner learning, co-selling, solution-building, and long-term success
  • Lead the integration of Agentic AI platforms that simplify partner workflows, personalize engagement, and provide on-demand guidance, insights, and resources
  • Champion the adoption of AI tools that help partners be more autonomous, informed, and effective in driving joint business
  • Act as a strategic advisor to partners listening to their needs and translating them into AI-enabled experiences that remove friction and unlock new opportunities
  • Partner with internal teams to create solutions that strengthen communication, collaboration, and value creation across the ecosystem
  • Develop high-impact enablement programs e.g. training, workshops, digital learning, and in-platform guidance to help partners fully leverage new AI and digital capabilities
  • Lead the cultural shift toward more digital, data-informed, and collaborative partner interactions
  • Collaborate with docusign technology services team, partner teams, product, and executive leadership to ensure digital initiatives reflect partner needs and enhance the overall partner journey
  • Serve as a voice of the partner in shaping platform roadmaps and experience improvements
  • Establish KPIs that track partner engagement, digital experience quality, AI adoption, and overall ecosystem health
  • Use partner feedback and data insights to refine and evolve digital capabilities and enablement programs

Skills

  • 12+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience in partner enablement, partner ecosystem strategy, or customer success, with a demonstrated ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders across functions
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, data science, or a related technical field
  • Proven track record designing, building, and scaling agentic AI platforms or advanced AI-driven digital experiences that enhance partner engagement, supported by strong data and analytics skills to define KPIs, build dashboards, and translate insights into measurable improvements in the partner journey
  • Ability to translate complex AI and digital technologies into clear, compelling value propositions and use cases for partners
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to act as a strategic advisor to partners and internal teams
  • Demonstrated ability to lead digital transformation and cultural change—driving adoption of AI-led, data-informed, and collaborative partner experiences
  • Master's degree (MS) in computer science, engineering, data science, or a related technical field strongly preferred; an MBA will also be considered for candidates who demonstrate substantial hands-on technical expertise, including the ability to code and build AI systems
