What You’ll Do

Responsibilities vary depending on the client, but may include:

  • Drafting, editing, and researching documents
  • Managing calendars and coordinating schedules
  • Organizing digital files and handling data entry
  • Overseeing email and communication flow
  • Planning and documenting meetings
  • Supporting social media activity
  • Handling personal or logistical tasks (travel, ordering, scheduling)
  • Coordinating client appreciation or team recognition efforts
  • Tracking expenses, invoicing, or light bookkeeping
  • Writing or editing newsletters, blogs, or email content

You are not expected to be an expert in every area. We look for capable, resourceful individuals who are honest about their strengths and eager to learn.

Contract Structure

  • Type: Part-Time, 1099 Contractor
  • Compensation: $21 per hour
  • Hours: Typically 10–20 hours per week
  • Location: Remote (U.S. only)
  • Schedule: Flexible, with structured availability expectations

Availability Requirements

  • Must respond to client communication within 2 business hours
  • Availability required Monday–Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. (client’s local time zone)
  • Work may be completed at times convenient to you as long as deadlines are met
  • Occasional virtual meetings during standard business hours, as agreed upon

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (any field)
  • U.S. citizen currently residing in the United States
  • Reliable internet and a professional remote work setup
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of integrity and follow-through
