Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Remote Facebook Ads Assistant to join our growing digital marketing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about social media advertising, particularly on Facebook and Instagram, and who can execute campaigns that drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. As a Facebook Ads Assistant, you will support the execution, monitoring, and optimization of ad campaigns to achieve our clients marketing goals across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation and scheduling of Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns using Meta Ads Manager.

  • Monitor and analyze ad performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, conversions) and report insights.

  • Research target audiences, trends, and competitors to improve ad strategies.

  • A/B test creatives, ad copies, placements, and audience segments.

  • Prepare performance reports using tools like Meta Insights and Google Sheets.

  • Collaborate with the design and copywriting teams to align ad content with campaign goals.

  • Troubleshoot ad issues, disapprovals, or account restrictions when necessary.

  • Maintain and update advertising calendars to ensure timely campaign launches.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite.

  • Strong understanding of digital advertising principles (PPC, ROAS, conversion tracking, etc.).

  • Good written English communication for ad copy testing and collaboration.

  • Proficiency in using Excel/Google Sheets to create performance reports.
