Accountabilities • Lead and develop a global Sales Operations, Governance, and Reporting team. • Oversee end-to-end sales governance, ensuring compliance and data integrity. • Define and manage global sales reporting and forecasting processes. • Collaborate with senior sales leaders to enhance sales effectiveness. • Act as a product owner for sales platforms, driving roadmap and value realization. • Support continuous improvement initiatives in sales operations. • Ensure high-quality data for forecasting and reporting. • Lead change management to facilitate adoption of new processes and tools. • Work cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, and Technology teams. • Manage resources and budgets for efficient operations. Requirements • 6–8+ years of experience in Sales Operations or related roles. • 3–5+ years of experience leading teams in a global environment. • Strong understanding of sales processes and pipeline management. • Hands-on experience with CRM and revenue platforms. • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to provide actionable insights. • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders. • Experience in fast-paced, technology-driven organizations. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. • Self-starter mindset with strategic and hands-on abilities. • Degree in Business or a related field preferred.
