[Remote] Graphic Designer II – Visual & Digital Content (Remote) (contract)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Sanofi is seeking a Graphic Designer II for their FLEXT Direct contingent workforce program. This role focuses on creating high-quality digital content across multiple channels, translating brand strategy and clinical data into engaging visual storytelling for healthcare audiences.


Responsibilities

  • Create a wide variety of visual design deliverables, including HTML emails, animated banners, social assets, infographics, and charts
  • Work across multiple brands, including diabetes, insulin, transplant, and other therapeutic areas
  • Translate complex clinical data into clear, visually compelling storytelling for healthcare audiences
  • Collaborate closely with copywriters, marketers, and content quality partners to deliver scalable, submission-ready creative
  • Ensure all designs comply with regulatory standards (pharma, medical, or other regulated environments)
  • Utilize AI and automation tools to enhance visual design workflows and efficiency

Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years professional experience in graphic design or visual content creation
  • Diverse experience across digital, print, animated, and HTML design
  • Proven experience working in regulated environments (pharma, medical devices, legal, or similar)
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience with multiple brands or therapeutic areas is a plus
  • Familiarity with AI design platforms or automation tools
  • Experience with motion graphics or video content
