In this pivotal role, you will enhance the employee experience and aid in the scaling efforts of our clinical teams. You'll be instrumental in guiding Practice Owners through employee retention strategies, culture development, and complex employee relations. This role will involve close collaboration with our leadership team, driving essential initiatives that impact over 1,000 clinicians.
