This role will support the Legal Network Community Management team by streamlining operational workflows, coordinating key initiatives, and enhancing overall team efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Engage directly with lawyers in the network to build strong, supportive relationships that assist in their journey and promote the use of AI-backed technology
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Legal Network Community Management team to ensure smooth execution of internal workflows and law firm processes
- Support the onboarding of new law firms to the Legal Network, coordinating closely with Community Managers to ensure seamless integration
- Gather, analyze, and log lawyer performance feedback from client sources (CSAT, NPS) and Customer Success Managers
- Support Legal Network compliance initiatives and other department-wide operational projects
- Assist in organizing and improving the Legal Network Help Center and internal team drives to enhance accessibility and efficiency
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Customer Success, Product, and other departments to ensure alignment and operational excellence
- Assist with internal team initiatives such as coordinating law firm communications, gifting, milestone recognition, and other operational activities
Skills
- 3+ years of experience in operations, customer success support, project coordination, or administrative roles
- Experience in high-volume or process-driven environments
- Highly process-driven with exceptional organizational skills and flawless attention to detail
- Comfortable using Google Docs and Sheets
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Sigma or Looker
