[Remote] Legal Network Success Manager (Temp)

This role will support the Legal Network Community Management team by streamlining operational workflows, coordinating key initiatives, and enhancing overall team efficiency.


Responsibilities

  • Engage directly with lawyers in the network to build strong, supportive relationships that assist in their journey and promote the use of AI-backed technology
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Legal Network Community Management team to ensure smooth execution of internal workflows and law firm processes
  • Support the onboarding of new law firms to the Legal Network, coordinating closely with Community Managers to ensure seamless integration
  • Gather, analyze, and log lawyer performance feedback from client sources (CSAT, NPS) and Customer Success Managers
  • Support Legal Network compliance initiatives and other department-wide operational projects
  • Assist in organizing and improving the Legal Network Help Center and internal team drives to enhance accessibility and efficiency
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Customer Success, Product, and other departments to ensure alignment and operational excellence
  • Assist with internal team initiatives such as coordinating law firm communications, gifting, milestone recognition, and other operational activities

Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in operations, customer success support, project coordination, or administrative roles
  • Experience in high-volume or process-driven environments
  • Highly process-driven with exceptional organizational skills and flawless attention to detail
  • Comfortable using Google Docs and Sheets
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Sigma or Looker
  • Familiarity with SaaS, legal technology, or other complex industries such as financial services
