[Remote] Lending Transaction Analyst Senior - Commercial

As a Lending Transaction Analyst Sr, you will manage due diligence items for various loan types and draft legal documentation packages for Commercial Business Banking Loans, while collaborating with internal partners and external vendors.


Responsibilities

  • Obtain due diligence items for various loan types and collateral types
  • Work with internal market partners and third party vendors to obtain and review items such as UCC searches, operating agreements, entity good standing searches, and/or property/lien reports
  • Draft legal documentation packages for Commercial Business Banking Loans
  • Independently and proactively manage a pipeline of new money and/or existing loan modifications
  • Create and maintain legal document files required for complex transactions
  • Timely satisfaction of all required due diligence for complex transactions following standard operating procedures
  • Interact professionally with internal and external contacts to gather necessary information
  • Identify exceptions, escalate when necessary and resolve appropriately
  • Achieve and maintain established quality thresholds
  • Follow all established job aids and procedures including appropriate evidencing within shared drives and source systems
  • Prepare documents to match specifications of credit approval, deal requirements, and policies for complex transactions
  • Provide client-facing service directly or with senior coordinators and interact with external business partners
  • Provide on-the-job training or coaching
  • Coordinate with Servicing to onboard and accurately book transactions into accounting system
  • Prepare and issue legal documents to client for transactions
  • Review client-executed documents for compliance
  • Prepare requests to release client funds
  • Satisfy documentation due diligence for standard transactions
  • Prepare and file security documentation for standard transactions required to perfect interest in the collateral
