Duties: We are searching for a top-notch surveillance operator to monitor and provide surveillance on individuals and events for our clients. In this role, you will be required to perform remote monitoring, draft reports, make recommendations to relevant persons, and utilize surveillance equipment.

To ensure success as a surveillance operator, you should be skilled at surveillance and developing intelligence reports.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Utilizing surveillance equipment to monitor and observe activities.
  • Observe, monitor, and record events as they unfold.
  • Disclose irregularities, variances from procedure, etc., to the immediate attention of the President.
  • Collect evidence and other information as needed and when required.
  • Review information for further analysis and investigation.
  • Report observations and findings to the relevant persons or clients.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate records.
  • Provide reports as needed
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Previous 911 dispatcher experience or surveillance experience.
  • 8-10 years of combined experience (Military, Law Enforcement, and/or Security) preferred
  • Must have a valid driver's license and clean background/ driving record
  • Proficiency in operating surveillance equipment.
  • Solid research and report writing skills.
  • An eye for detail and the ability to remain extremely focused on tasks.
  • Ability to observe, interpret, and anticipate human behaviors.
  • Decisive thinking and the ability to adapt to various situations.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills


Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent


Preferred Requirements:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in the security, military, policing, or private investigations sectors.
  • A strong technical background in surveillance and monitoring.
  • Knowledge of legal framework and procedures around surveillance and monitoring.


Physical Demands:

  • Typical office setting
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at times.
