Responsibilities

  • Follow up with warm inquiries from individuals who requested information through online forms, phone calls, direct mail, or digital advertising
  • Deliver a professional customer service experience through scheduled Zoom or phone appointments
  • Educate clients on available options and assist with straightforward applications, often completed in 10 minutes or less
  • Help match clients with appropriate solutions, including mortgage protection, life insurance, final expense, and retirement products
  • Track activity accurately and follow a step-by-step process designed for remote success
  • 5–10 hours per week on phone follow-ups and confirmations
  • 10–20 hours per week meeting with clients
  • 5–10 hours per week dedicated to training, administrative work, and professional development
