Positions: Remote Sales Reps, Customer Service, Credit Repair Reps:

Our sales position is a sales role with uncapped earning potential, performance bonuses, and advancement opportunities. Top reps consistently average 5–12 deals per day, making this one of the easiest and most rewarding sales roles in the industry.

Customer service and credit repair positions are salaried with pay that is based on experience and are the only 2 positions with paid training. Sales training is usually 2-3 days with the ability to start receiving income the following week.

Compensation Structure:

  • Total commissions possible for sales are $225 if all services are included.
  • Most deals are funded upfront the following week at $50.
  • Remainder commissions are paid over time as processes are completed.

Responsibilities for sales:

  • Receive inbound hot-call transfers from pre-qualified clients
  • Address outbound dialer calls that connect with clients
  • Work book of business and close leads effectively
  • Educate clients on refinance, vehicle certification, and credit preparation
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales targets

Responsibilities for customer service/ Credit Repair:

  • Answering calls 9AM-6PM CST to help clients with questions/ status updates
  • Credit repair will be actively working on and managing credit profiles daily

Qualifications:

  • Sales experience preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Reliable internet and phone connection
  • Customer service positions relevant experienced required
