The role involves providing telephone support to clients in both Spanish and English, assisting with inquiries, problem-solving, and documenting each interaction accurately.


Responsibilities

  • Brindar atención telefónica a clientes en español e inglés
  • Ayudar con preguntas, solución de problemas y resolución de incidencias
  • Utilizar múltiples sistemas mientras documentas cada interacción con precisión
  • Elegir cuándo trabajar: mañanas, tardes, fines de semana o el horario que mejor se adapte a tu vida

Skills

  • Dominio verbal y escrito del español y el inglés
  • Al menos 1 año de experiencia en servicio al cliente o atención telefónica
  • Espacio de trabajo en casa confiable y libre de distracciones
  • Facilidad para usar varias aplicaciones al mismo tiempo
  • Equipo requerido: PC con Windows 11, conexión a internet por cable, dos monitores y audífonos USB
