Position: Travel Specialist (English)

Location: Remote (Ontario Residents Only)

Compensation: CA$24.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

  • Arrange and manage customized travel bookings (flights, hotels, car rentals) using GDS platforms
  • Assist members with cancellations, re-bookings, and travel disruptions
  • Provide professional support via phone, email, and chat
  • Educate members on maximizing their exclusive travel benefits

Qualifications

  • Language Proficiency: English (written and spoken)
  • Certification: TICO certification is mandatory
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in GDS systems is preferred (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo)

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years in travel, airline, or hospitality
  • At least 1 year in customer service or call center environment

Availability

  • Flexible to work variable shifts in a 24/7 operation (including evenings, weekends, and holidays)

  • Strong geographical knowledge and passion for travel
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Calm and professional demeanor under pressure
  • Private home office setup with wired high-speed internet (Wi-Fi and satellite not accepted)
