Responsibilities • Design and execute DaVita’s enterprise talent acquisition strategy to support workforce stability and long-term business outcomes • Partner with senior executives, clinical leaders, operations and HR business partners to align hiring strategies with workforce plans and evolving care models • Anticipate labor market trends and proactively address risks through innovative sourcing and hiring solutions • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders by setting clear expectations and driving resolution when priorities shift • Foster growth and development across all levels of the Talent Acquisition team • Encourage strong performance while creating a special place for Talent Acquisition teammates • Strengthen a culture of accountability and transparency while effectively guiding teams and stakeholders through complex dynamics and high expectations • Drive efficiency and effectiveness across recruiting operations, balancing speed, quality, arenaflex, and candidate experience • Standardize processes while enabling flexibility to meet local and clinical market needs • Strengthen DaVita’s employer brand across clinical, leadership, and executive talent pools • Own enterprise agency strategy, vendor governance, and spend optimization to reduce dependency on external recruiting partners and improve internal capability • Own and evolve TA analytics and reporting to drive transparency and performance • Translate insights into action through continuously refining strategies, processes, and resource allocation • Oversee recruiting technology, systems, and vendor partnerships to ensure scalability, automation, and efficiency • Leverage technology, including AI, to drive efficiency and effectiveness across recruiting capability Skills • Bachelor's degree required • 15+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition or similar leadership experience • Proven experience leading large, complex Talent Acquisition or similar organizations • Demonstrated experience partnering cross-functionally with senior-level stakeholders to drive results • Demonstrated success in high-volume hiring environments (10,000+ hires annually) • Strong track record of using analytics to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and business impact • Experience leading TA transformation or large-scale change initiatives with measurable, demonstrable results • Demonstrated executive presence with the ability to influence and align senior leaders in complex, high-pressure situations • Proven ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while maintaining operational stability and consistent delivery excellence Benefits • Comprehensive benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, paid time off, PTO cash out • Support for you and your family: Family resources, EAP counseling sessions, access Headspace®, backup child and elder care, maternity/paternity leave and more • Professional development programs: DaVita offers a variety of programs to help strong performers grow within their career and also offers on-demand virtual leadership and development courses through DaVita’s online training platform StarLearning.
