ABOUT THE ROLE

Reporting to the Reservations and Reception Manager for all the beverage and food facilities at W Edinburgh, you will be the key point of contact for our guests while they look to make use of our momentous offerings: making them feel welcome, making and confirming reservations, along with recommendations, and ensuring they have the best possible time while with us. 

Be expected to assist all guests wanting to ensure the best experience by checking availability, noting any special requests and requirements, and relaying all relevant information to appropriate teams. 

Joining the team means you will be instrumental to the success of the hotel’s operations and beyond. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, a people-person and passionate!

As Reservations and Reception Agent, key aspects of your role will include:

  • Understanding and selling the products on offer of our Beverage and Food Facilities
  • Ensure guests are booked in according to the floor plan and availability
  • Communicate any important guest information to the relevant department and management team
  • Work as part of a wider team
  • Take responsibility for ensuring a seamless guest experience
