If so we would love you to join us as one of our Residential Support Workers.As a Residential Support Worker you will  be ambitious for our young people in helping them to achieve their goals and optimise their potential. You will play a vital role in working directly with young people building effective relationships, with their families and other professionals. You will  actively be involved in planning activities and have good communication skills.Bromsgrove Short Breaks Service provides a safe, nurturing and fun environment where children and young people with physical and learning  disabilities  and complex health needs across Worcestershire can enjoy a short break away from home. Our standards are high and we have a rating as Good by Ofsted.We have some fantastic opportunities happening in our service.We are a supportive and established team who really do make a difference to the lives of young people in Worcestershire and we recognise the importance of supporting, training and developing the staff who deliver services for children and young people.
