Leveraging business intelligence data, and creating a selling story to drive the business for the customers and WK Kellogg Co</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Drive Results -</strong> Delivering on key metrics such as POS (Point of Sale), budget, call coverage, and maintaining "perfect shelf" strategy</p> </li> <li> <p><strong>Building Relationships -</strong> Establishing a rapport with retail partners and implementing creative ideas and innovative solutions to overcome roadblocks and selling within the grocery landscape</p> </li> </ul> <p><strong>REQUIREMENTS</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Previous experience or desire to launch a career in retail sales</p> </li> <li> <p>High school diploma or equivalent (GED)</p> </li> <li> <p>Valid driver's license</p> </li> <li> <p>No more than two moving violations within the past 36 months</p> </li> <li> <p>Effective written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to interact with all levels of management</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with a high degree of self-discipline, initiative, and drive</p> </li> <li> <p>Customer centric approach to problem solving, influencing, and negotiation skills</p> </li> <li> <p>Ability to analyze and interpret market data</p> </li> <li> <p>Exceptionally organized and efficient, with strong time management skills and the ability to work independently</p> </li> <li> <p>Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite</p> </li> <li> <p>Ability to utilize various software applications (e.g. Power BI) and other Sales platforms</p> </li> <li> <p>Natural curiosity and a strong desire to learn</p> </li> </ul> <p><em>Salary Range:</em> <strong><em>$52,080 - $65,100</em></strong></p> <p>Salary pay ranges are determined by role and level.
