Job Type

Full-time; 35 hours per week

On-site and remote positions available.

 

Shift Time

Flexible schedule required during operating hours.

Operational hours: Monday - Saturday, 9am - 6pm & Sunday, 10am-6pm. Extended support hours possible during holiday season. 

 

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous customer service experience in a call center environment.
  • Retail experience a plus; basic concepts of online shopping, desired.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
  • Capable of quickly learning other software applications.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (required).

 

Responsibilities

  • Provide point of sale transactional support for store associates. 
  • Handle guest and store related inquiries in a courteous and professional manner for Bealls Family of Stores.
  • Assist guests with transactional inquiries including checks, loyalty rewards, private label credit card, bankcard and credit card related inquiries via phone or email.
  • Review status of gift card and store credit balances.
  • Communicate escalated guest issues to third party credit card administrator. 
  • Various administrative duties including preparation of post-purchase inquires/requests.
