About the job

This role is ideal for a hunter —a high-energy sales professional who thrives on identifying opportunities, engaging prospects, and closing business. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth across the UK and Europe by introducing MultiSensor AI’s industry-leading IoT and AI solutions to new customers and expanding our presence with existing accounts.

Success in this role means owning your territory, building strong relationships across key industrial sectors, and consistently exceeding targets through disciplined execution and customer focus. 


Key ResponsibilitiesTerritory Leadership:  Manage and grow sales within the UK and Europe, with clear ownership of revenue and account growth objectives. New Business Development:  Proactively identify, prospect, and qualify new customers through research, networking, and cold outreach. Solution-Based Selling:  Articulate the value of MultiSensor AI’s IoT and software platform in improving reliability, safety, and operational performance. Sales Execution:  Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and closing. Account Expansion:  Develop deep, trusted relationships with key stakeholders—operations, maintenance, and engineering leaders. Collaboration:  Partner with internal marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment, customer satisfaction, and long-term value creation. Market Intelligence:  Provide continuous feedback on customer needs, market dynamics, and competitive trends to inform strategic direction. Qualifications5+ years of B2B sales experience in IoT, industrial technology, SaaS, Reliability and Condition Monitoring or AI-based solutions . Proven track record of hunting, winning, and growing  new business within complex enterprise environments. Strong prospecting skills and comfort with cold outreach and field engagement .
