Position overview:
We are looking for a proactive Sales Manager to promote and sell our accounting and bookkeeping services for UAE-registered companies. The candidate will handle inbound leads from digital marketing (SMM and paid ads), identify client needs, consult on available service packages, and guide clients through the sales funnel until contract signing.

Key responsibilities:

  • Respond to inbound leads from online marketing channels.
  • Conduct online consultations and assess client requirements.
  • Present accounting service packages and explain the scope of cooperation.
  • Manage the entire sales pipeline — from first contact to closing the deal.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and communications in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales (services, consulting, or similar).
  • Basic understanding of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Confident English proficiency (spoken and written).
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot, Bitrix24, or similar).
  • Self-motivated, organized, and result-driven attitude.
