As a talented Sales professional, you will be an inspirational sales coach, excelled in driving sales team motivation and development (both individually and collectively) to exceed sales targets. Managing our B2B Sales Account Management team, you will lead the team in forward thinking strategic engagement and management to help shape the future of Wayfair across Europe. What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage front-line B2B Account Managers
  • You will help to define, develop and communicate the vision for the department to your team.
  • Create and nurture a culture of inclusion & empowerment, developing owners who are curious problem solvers. Always deep diving and analysing data to ensure consistent premium quality for our customers & employees.
  • Embedding initiatives that help to increase effectiveness, drive revenue, improve customer experience, and/or reduce costs on a meaningful scale for the business.
  • Develop employees and our future leaders, coaching and improving their skill set to help them grow.
  • You will implement succession planning across all levels of your region.
  • Be a key thought partner and collaborator with our commercial partners to digest and adopt new and continuous optimization within your teams.
  • You will work cross functionally with partners to ensure our commitment to meet our customers demand is met. From recruiting the right employee, raising the bar, bringing highly talented individuals to the table - working with our Training team to ensure these employees are set up for success to collaborating with scheduling and planning teams to ensure service levels are met operationally.
  • Ensuring your team’s output is consistently accurate, timely, and goes above and beyond expectations.

If you are;

  • Proven within a B2B sales environment, both within a sales leadership and individual sales professional positions,
  • Demonstrate strength in nurturing sales professionals and cultivating consistent high performing sales teams,
  • Have a curious, solution focused approach to problem solving with comfort in a fluid moving environment which will not offer a rigid structure,
  • A forward-thinking strategic manager, with the strength in identifying opportunities and navigating around potential impacts.
  • Display the ability to manage up and linearly, being comfortable challenging others in the best interest of the business.
  • Highly developed verbal and written communications skills.
  • Hold intermediate and above computer skills for navigating multiple systems.
