Sales Operations Specialist

Market Enginuity is representing WAMU 88.5 FM and is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist, also referred to as the Sponsor Success Manager. This role involves supporting the sales process, ensuring the execution of client campaigns, and assisting the sales team with various operational tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Understanding and supporting the sales process/procedures to successfully execute client campaigns
  • Ensure the execution of client campaigns and proactively communicate to the sales team is knowledgeable of client’s on-air schedules, billing, and problem resolution
  • Enter and revise orders in the traffic system
  • Perform month end reconciliation
  • Assist the sales team with sales material creation & recaps

Skills

  • An aptitude for sales support or operational support role
  • A love for customer service
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multi task in a fast paced environment
  • Tech savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • A great attitude, flexibility and creativity!
