REMOTE INBOUND SALES SPECIALIST – HOME INSPECTION SERVICES

Inspection Time is a fast-growing home inspection company serving multiple locations across Texas. We receive a high volume of inbound customer inquiries and are looking for a motivated, results-driven salesperson to convert incoming calls into scheduled inspections.

This is NOT a cold-calling position. All leads are inbound. Your job is to answer calls, guide customers through their service options, and schedule inspections efficiently and professionally.

What You’ll Do

  • Answer inbound customer calls and respond to service inquiries
  • Clearly explain inspection services and pricing
  • Convert incoming leads into booked appointments
  • Schedule inspections accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain professionalism and strong customer communication
  • Track performance and maintain required sales metrics

Performance Expectations

  • Maintain a minimum 55% sales conversion rate
  • Provide excellent customer service on every call
  • Stay organized and responsive throughout your scheduled work hours

Work Schedule

  • Fully remote position
  • Flexible scheduling available Monday through Sunday
  • Must be dependable and available for assigned shifts
