The candidate will be focused and driven and will assist with the overall sample coordination, from headquarters dispatchment tracking to post-photoshoot packing and storing processes.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Track delivery boxes, following its timeline from dispatch to delivery</li><li>Handle boxes, unpack and hang samples</li><li>Damage check</li><li>Check-in samples across multiple channels like product lists, briefs and sample management software</li><li>Report missing items, delivery delays, damages or discrepancies to the manager and other teams involved</li><li>Follow up on any inconsistency detected across the sample check-in process</li><li>Keep track of samples incoming and outgoing or being moved from its original location</li><li>Pull samples from stored boxes when prompted, including last-minute requests</li><li>Assist in keeping styling wardrobe samples organised and its inventory up to date</li><li>Housekeeping of sample storage room and wardrobe</li><li>Assist with general studio duties and ad-hoc tasks related to the photo studio running</li><li>Communicate workflow status and concerns to the Styling Manager and other relevant team members</li><li>Support Manager with, but not limited to, data tracking like volume of samples, shoots and styling purchases</li><li>Support the Styling Manager with administrative work, keeping all spreadsheets accurately filled and relevant data recorded</li><li>Ensure the photo studio is organised from previous photoshoots and ready to accommodate upcoming ones</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>At least 1 year of experience in stockroom/sample inventory or similar role</li><li>Highly organised and efficient</li><li>Ability to prioritise in a fast-paced work environment</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li><li>Proactive and flexible with a can-do attitude</li><li>Strong task ownership and follow-up skills</li><li>Work well independently and as part of a larger team</li><li>Experience with Excel and other administrative skills</li><li>Operational mindset</li></ul><p><br></p><p>SHEIN is an equal opportunity employer committed to a diverse workplace environment.</p>
