SAP Master Data Coordinator

<strong>Master Data - SOAR<br><br></strong><ul><li>MUST sit locally to STL (will go into the office 1 day/week)<br><br></li></ul><strong>Job Description<br><br></strong>Join our governance team as a contracted employee to support Master Data initiatives in preparation for an ERP implementation. This role involves working remotely the majority of the time but requires local presence in the St. Louis or IL area to work from the office one day every other week.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Collaborate closely with the Quality Manager to receive and analyze BOM (bill of materials) details.</li><li>Ensure data completeness and accuracy from Excel sheets and convert it into a system-readable format.</li><li>Assist in cleaning up and centralizing master data to resolve inconsistencies across different plants.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Essential Skills<br><br></strong><ul><li>Intermediate proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and lookups.</li><li>Comfortable handling large data sets and numbers.</li><li>Ability to work in ambiguous situations.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Additional Skills & Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li>Experience with ERP systems is a plus.</li><li>Bachelor's degree is a plus.</li><li>Experience in a manufacturing-based company is a plus.</li><li>Knowledge of inventory management and BOMs (bill of materials) is a plus.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Work Environment<br><br></strong>This position is primarily remote, with a requirement to be local to the St. Louis or IL area for office work one day every other week.<br><br><strong>Job Type & Location<br><br></strong>This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Edwardsville, IL.<br><br><strong>Pay And Benefits<br><br></strong>The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.<br><br>Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
