Job Description: SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Public Edition Business Consultant Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced S/4HANA Cloud, Public Edition Business Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background working with S/4HANA Cloud, Public Edition capabilities, best practices, and implementation strategies or similar experience. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless connectivity between various systems, enhancing business processes, and driving digital transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities: ·Consultation & Strategy o Collaborate with end customers to understand business processes and requirements. o Develop and provide expert guidance on SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Public Edition capabilities, best practices, and implementation strategies. · Implementation & Configuration o Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Public Edition solutions using the SAP Activate Methodology. o Ensure solutions align with end customers’ needs and requirements and SAP Fit to Standard best practices. o Manage timelines and deliverables to ensure successful project completion. o Navigate and manage multiple implementation projects in parallel. · Collaboration & Communication o Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and project managers, to deliver cohesive solutions. o Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clear understanding of project scopes, timelines, and deliverables. · Training & Documentation o Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users and stakeholders. o Create detailed documentation for system configurations and processes. · Support & Organization o Provide ongoing support and maintenance of SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Public Edition systems after completion of the initial implementation. o Identify opportunities for system enhancements and optimization to improve business processes. Qualifications: ● Education: A bachelor’s degree in information technology, business administration, or a related field. ● Experience: ○ 5+ years of experience with cloud ERP implementations. ● Soft Skills: ○ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. ○ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ○ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. ● Location ○ Remote in North America with some travel required.
