Join Colgate as a Scientific Affairs Project Manager where you will be responsible for driving endorsement, advocacy and ambassadorship for Colgate technologies within the oral care portfolio to drive recommendation of products across the Northern Europe Hub.

In this exciting role you will
  • Coordinate and support the day-to-day management of relationships with oral health experts and thought leaders in clinical and government environments, ensuring timely sharing of information and awareness of guidelines and publications relevant to Total, Sensitive and Kids portfolios/indications.
  • Lead the planning and execution of Scientific Affairs activities, ensuring delivery against defined objectives, timelines, and budgets for the Total, Sensitive and Kids product portfolio.
  • Project manage initiatives to strengthen oral care and brand/product knowledge across internal functions, providing structured support and coordination for major business and consumption-building marketing activities.
  • Lead and manage all project administration and project management activities (planning, tracking, documentation, and reporting) to ensure successful delivery of Scientific Affairs projects and initiatives.

Main responsibilities
  • Strategic Stakeholder Engagement: Manage relationships with Key Thought Leaders (KTLs) and external partners, educating and engaging them on relevant company initiatives and product launches. Partner with National Associations across Northern Europeto drive scientific advocacy and brand loyalty.
  • Scientific Program Leadership: Lead the execution of high-impact scientific projects, conferences, exhibitions and expert-led educational webinars in line with the scientific affairs strategy.
  • Insight & Data Intelligence: Collate local scientific insights and oversee Real-World Data (RWD) collection programs to strengthen our clinical value propositions.
  • Professional Education: Design and localise educational content and product launch training programs for dental professionals, students, and trade partners to ensure deep product knowledge.
  • Internal Subject Matter Expertise: Support internal scientific training to secure adequate Oral Care knowledge. Deliver scientific content at retail meetings, and develop and maintain knowledge handbook for Northern Europe countries. Serve as the technical lead for internal teams (Marketing, Sales, and Agencies), ensuring all scientific content is ABPI-compliant and commercially relevant.
  • Project Management: Drive the Scientific Affairs strategy by tracking KPIs, managing the A&P budget, and ensuring rigorous adherence to regulatory and government expense guidelines.

Required Skills and Competencies
  • Scientific or clinical educational background and understanding of scientific communications
  • Confidence in delivering training and presentations
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills
  • Experience in project management such as budget management and event logistics planning
