Job Introduction

The pay for this role will be £25,583 (pro rata for part time colleagues)

Join Our Seafront Catering Team – Make a Splash This Season!

Location: Bournemouth, Boscombe & Poole Seafront
Positions: Full-Time & Part-Time Roles Available
Start Dates: March-April

Are you ready to work by the sea and help create unforgettable experiences for thousands of visitors? We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable individuals to join our vibrant Seafront Catering team across 24 kiosks and cafés along our award-winning coastline.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve delicious food and drinks with a smile – from ice creams to hot beverages.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced, friendly environment.
  • Keep kiosks stocked, clean, and organised.
  • Operate tills and process payments accurately.
  • Work both indoors and outdoors, embracing the fresh sea air!

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in hospitality or catering is preferable, preferred, but passion and willingness to learn are what really count.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Calm under pressure and adaptable to a busy environment.
  • Your main base will be at one of our 24 sites from Poole to Boscombe, but we’ll need you to be flexible and ready to travel to other locations to support other sites when needed.

What You’ll Need

  • Full availability during peak season (July & August).
  • Willingness to work weekends, bank holidays, and flexible shifts.
  • Ability to lift and handle stock.
  • Valid ID and National Insurance number for UK right-to-work checks.
