Senior Amazon Private Label Advisor (7-Figure Brand, Strategic Role)

We are a UK-based Amazon private label business doing mid-7 figures in annual revenue across the US, UK and Canada.

We are looking for an experienced Amazon private label operator or consultant to act as a strategic advisor to the business. This role is advisory and strategic in nature.

The right person may work with us a few hours per week or on a monthly cadence.

What we are looking for

You must have direct experience with private label Amazon businesses, ideally as a founder, operator, or senior consultant working with 7-figure brands.

Strong preference for candidates who have:

Built, scaled, or advised private label brands (not wholesale or arbitrage)

Experience across US and UK marketplaces (Canada a plus)

A deep understanding of Amazon fee structures, FBA economics, pricing strategy, and margin optimisation

Strong commercial judgement, not just tactical Amazon knowledge

Scope of work (examples)

Strategic review of our current Amazon setup and performance

Product portfolio and SKU strategy (pack sizes, pricing logic, variation strategy)

Margin and fee optimisation guidance

Pricing and promotional strategy advice

High-level PPC strategy review (not campaign execution)

International marketplace strategy input

Sounding board for higher-level Amazon decisions

Weekly or fortnightly planning support, including a structured Monday call to set priorities and focus for the week.

This is not a task-based role. We are looking for someone who can challenge assumptions, spot inefficiencies, and help guide decision-making.

What this role is NOT

Not basic PPC management

Not listing copywriting or image work

Not a VA or junior Amazon role

Not a full-service agency relationship

Engagement structure

Ongoing advisory relationship preferred

Flexible hours (likely low single-digit hours per week or structured monthly sessions)

Open to hourly or monthly retainer

Long-term fit matters more than speed

To apply, please include

1) Your direct experience with private label Amazon brands

2) Whether you have operated your own Amazon brand (briefly explain)

3) The typical revenue level of clients you advise (ballpark is fine)

4) How you typically work with clients at a strategic level

5) Your preferred engagement model (hourly vs retainer)

UK-based is preferred, but we are open to strong candidates elsewhere if experience is a good fit.
