Senior Analyst, Hilton Honors B2B

About the position As a Senior Analyst on the Hilton Honors team, reporting to the Sr. Manager Hilton Honors Business-to-Business (B2B) Strategy, you will support a portfolio of B2B loyalty programs. These programs drive millions of room nights annually and play a direct role in supporting Hilton Honors KPIs including occupancy and enrollments across corporate, commercial and groups, meetings, & events (GM&E) segments. You will help lead the day-to-day performance, execution, and optimization of the Hilton Honors B2B programs, ensuring operational excellence while partnering closely with cross-function teams. You will also dig deep into program performance data and deliver high-quality analysis and insights, as well identify opportunities to grow, evolve, and expand these programs over time. Responsibilities • Analyze and Translate B2B Loyalty Performance: You will analyze performance across B2B loyalty programs, translating data into clear insights that support program optimization and identification of strategic opportunities across the corporate, commercial, and GM&E space. You will develop executive-ready materials such as presentations and one-pagers that communicate performance, insights, and the “so what” to support leadership discussions. • Execute and Optimize B2B Loyalty Programs: You will support the day-to-day management and performance of live B2B loyalty programs, including B2B Fast Tracks, B2B Status Match, Elite Relationship program, and Event Planner program. This includes monitoring results, tracking key metrics, identifying risks and opportunities, maintaining accurate documentation, supporting ongoing enhancements and periodic program launches. • Partner and Enable Stakeholder Relationships: You will partner closely with the Hilton Worldwide Sales organization and cross-functional partners to support B2B loyalty programs. You will help manage inbound requests, communicate program performance and considerations, and ensure cross functional partners are equipped with context needed to drive effective execution. • Performance Reporting & Insights: You will partner closely with Loyalty Analytics in the development and maintenance of performance reporting across B2B loyalty programs, helping to surface trends, insights, and opportunities that will inform program optimization and leadership decision-making. • Program Performance, Management and Optimization: You will support performance tracking, optimization and operational excellence for key B2B loyalty programs, helping identify opportunities to improve effectiveness, streamline processes, enhance documentation, and recommend scalable approaches. • Sales Enablement: You will partner closely with marketing to advance sales enablement efforts by helping maintain clear documentation such as performance summaries and FAQs to ensure HWS sales teams have accurate and timely information to support customer conversations. • Supporting Strategic Opportunity Scoping: You will support in the identification and scoping of strategic opportunities in the B2B space through analysis and research. Requirements • Three (3) years of experience in analytics, strategy, marketing, loyalty, consulting or related field. • Experience using MS excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) to translate data into meaningful insights and validate data while delivering accurate, high-quality work. • Experience using PowerPoint to translate data into well-structured executive-ready deliverables. • Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives and working in a matrixed organization. • Project management experience. • Hybrid schedule in McLean, VA or Dallas, TX (3 days per week in office) Nice-to-haves • BS/BA bachelor's in business, marketing, advertising, or a related field. • Understanding of or interest in customer loyalty programs. • Familiarity with the B2B space, including working with Sales or Commercial teams. • Experience working within MicroStrategy and/or Airtable.
