About the position This is your chance to be part of a team overseeing responsible travel initiatives for a global leader in hospitality. As a Senior Analyst, you will support the Hilton team advancing Travel with Purpose (TWP), our strategy to drive positive impact and deliver lasting value for our people, our hotels and in our communities. Reporting to the Director, Global Sustainability, you will develop and deploy key sustainability and community impact tools and resources to support our rapidly growing portfolio of hotels, collaborating across departments. Responsibilities • Boost awareness and integration of TWP to support growth. • Guide development of region-specific, quick-to-market sustainability solutions tailored to help hotels achieve TWP goals. • Support compliance with sustainability legislation and advance the use of LightStay (Hilton's environmental and community impact data platform). • Partner on the development of out-of-the-box solutions that advance TWP goals. • Support other departments to leverage and scale TWP tools, supporting growth. • Project management and development of materials and their deployment. • Support goal tracking and progress updates internally and externally. • Support presentation preparations for internal and external audiences.
