We are seeking an Apple Endpoint Engineer with a primary focus on iOS and iPadOS, and secondary responsibility for macOS. The role requires strong engineering<strong> ownership</strong>, cross-functional collaboration, and a <strong>commitment</strong> to improving security, stability, and end-user experience at enterprise scale.</p><p>An individual who can <strong>demonstrate a pride of ownership in everything they do</strong> is of the highest importance.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><strong>iOS / iPadOS (Primary)</strong></p><ul><li>Provide engineering-level <strong>(L4)</strong> support for corporate-owned and personal Apple mobile devices.</li><li>Deploy, administer, and operate MobileIron (Ivanti) and Microsoft Intune MDM/MAM platforms.</li><li>Administer Office 365, Intune, and Azure device compliance and conditional access integrations.</li><li>Maintain development, test, and production environments including upgrades, patching, and optimization.</li><li>Deploy and manage iOS applications including configuration, updates, and lifecycle management.</li><li>Manage test plans and pilot groups for new iOS/iPadOS releases and drive OS adoption strategies.</li></ul><p><strong>macOS (Secondary)</strong></p><ul><li>Provide engineering-level support for corporate macOS endpoints.</li><li>Support Jamf Pro / Jamf Cloud administration including configuration profiles and restriction policies.</li><li>Contribute to macOS testing, pilot programs, and upgrade readiness activities.</li><li>Assist with macOS application packaging, VPN configurations, and update workflows.</li></ul><p><strong>Cross-Platform & Operational Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Architect and align Apple endpoint management solutions with business and security requirements.</li><li>Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and best-practice guidance.</li><li>Provide training and knowledge transfer to L1/L2 /L3 support teams.</li><li>Collaborate with global stakeholders including InfoSec, AIM, Network, and Service Management teams.</li><li>Continuously challenge existing processes and drive operational experience supporting iOS/iPadOS in a regulated enterprise environment using MDM solutions.</li><li>Experience supporting Apple platforms at enterprise scale.</li><li>Strong understanding of authentication, networking, wireless, VPN, and endpoint security concepts.</li><li>Scripting or automation experience using PowerShell or similar tools.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across global teams.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with Jamf Pro / Jamf Cloud and macOS administration.</li><li>Experience with Apple Business Manager, Volume Purchase Program, and Apple Configurator.</li><li>Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, and certificate distribution (SCEP/NDES).</li><li>Scripting proficiency in Bash,
