Senior Campaigns Manager | Circle – Referrals | Remote (United States)

What you’ll be responsible for: Circle is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Developer Marketing Manager to join our Demand Generation team. The ideal candidate will spearhead demand generation strategies for our Web3 Services products, Circle Infrastructure products, and manage the execution of demand generation tactics for product initiatives. Success of this role depends largely on the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developer marketing, product marketing, and product teams. What you’ll work on: • Drive demand generation for our Web3 Services Products, optimizing strategies to reach and engage our arenaflex audience. • Create awareness and adoption with developers within our suite of product offerings through campaign efforts. • Manage product launches, coordinating with multiple internal teams to ensure a smooth and successful rollout. • Collaborate closely with the developer marketing team, product marketing, and product teams to align on strategies and goals. • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns for our product based on our goals & OKRs. • Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies. • Measure and report the performance of all developer demand generation initiatives and assess them against goals (ROI and KPIs). • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders within the company and in the developer community. What you’ll bring to Circle: • 7+ years of experience in Developer Marketing or Product Marketing preferred. • Expertise in product launches, marketing to developers, and experience in the crypto industry. • Proven track record of developing and executing successful product launch plans that lead to adoption at scale. • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing. • Exceptional collaboration skills and the ability to credibly engage with cross-functional leaders to drive results. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Ownership and accountability of key projects and product launch adoption. • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including strong verbal, listening, and written communication. • Demonstrated success navigating complex business environments and driving efficient and effective execution. • Experience/familiarity with 6Sense, Seismic, HubSpot, Slack, arenaflex MacOS, and GSuite preferred. • An appetite for work travel. • Fluency in oral and written English. Bi-lingual is a plus. Additional Information: • This position is eligible for day-one PERM sponsorship for qualified candidates. Starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to: relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note that compensation ranges may differ for candidates in other locations. Base Pay Range: $160,000 – $207,500 Annual Bonus arenaflex: 17.5% Also Included: Equity & Benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)). Circle has a discretionary vacation policy.
