We are seeking a Senior Client Partner experienced in selling advertising solutions to Fortune 500 enterprise clients on the Gambling & Gaming vertical to grow and scale Netflix UK and EMEA revenue. With your deep understanding of the digital video and programmatic landscape, you will act as a strategic partner to your assigned clients and sell Netflix's full range of advertising solutions to help achieve their marketing goals. As a Senior Client Partner, you will focus on client direct sales and agency relationship needs and work in lockstep with your cross-functional partners. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated ability to develop creative, entrepreneurial solutions, deeply passionate about long-term account development, and proficient in high-level strategic thinking. This role requires travel and representation at industry events. Key responsibilities: Drive interest and investment in Netflix’s advertising offerings among senior Sports Betting and Casino stakeholders, including CMOs, Heads of Acquisition, Brand and Performance Marketing leaders, Media Directors, and Digital Leadership teams at both client and media agency. Act as a strategic advisor to Gambling & Gaming clients with a specific focus on programmatic media strategy, including audience segmentation, first-party data activation, identity and geo-targeting, attribution, incrementality, and creative optimization within regulated betting environments. Educate and enable clients on how Netflix’s scaled media solutions can support core client objectives, including new user acquisition, reactivation, cross-sell between sportsbook and casino products, and sustained brand trust. Apply deep knowledge of the Sports Betting and Casino landscape—including seasonality, major sporting moments, promotional cycles, and competitive dynamics—to anticipate client needs and influence long-term media planning decisions. Build and expand senior-level relationships with decision-makers at both client and agency, demonstrating how Netflix Ads can drive both brand equity and measurable business outcomes. Partner closely with agency teams and internal cross-functional stakeholders to unlock incremental revenue opportunities across the Gambling and Gaming vertical. Collaborate with Partner Marketing, Business Development, Policy, Legal, Brand Partnerships, and Live Experiences teams to ensure client strategies align with regulatory requirements, responsible gambling standards, geo-based compliance, and brand safety guidelines. Develop data-driven, end-to-end business plans that drive top-line revenue growth and clearly communicate go-to-market strategies tied to sports calendars, betting moments, and peak casino demand periods. Stay current on Gambling & Gaming industry trends, including regulatory changes, media restrictions, evolving consumer behavior, and competitive marketing strategies, to maintain a market-leading point of view. Work with sales leadership to define strategic objectives and revenue goals that maximize business impact within the Gambling & Gaming vertical. Maintain close communication and alignment with clients and internal sales counterparts to build trust, deliver against performance expectations, and support long-term partnerships. Support non-traditional partnership opportunities beyond core media buys, including sponsorships, branded integrations, experiential activations, live events, and consumer-facing partnerships relevant to the audiences of your client portfolio. Qualifications Substantial experience in the advertising industry, with programmatic sales experience managing complex, scaled client relationships—ideally within Sports Betting, Online Casino, or similarly regulated performance-driven categories. Proven success building and closing annual agreements, long-term commercial partnerships, and Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with sportsbook and casino operators. Extensive experience developing consultative advertising strategies with senior client and agency leadership across multinational Sports Betting and Casino organizations. Strong strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret performance data (e.g., CAC, LTV, incrementality, cohort performance) and translate insights into measurable actions and outcomes. Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in regulated environments, balancing growth objectives with compliance, responsible gambling standards, and brand safety considerations. Collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset with experience working cross-functionally across sales, product, policy, legal, and marketing teams. Deep understanding of sportsbook and casino marketing priorities, including acquisition efficiency, retention, cross-product engagement, and seasonal demand spikes. Effective communication skills, including the ability to clearly convey complex information in written and spoken formats Confident, executive-level presentation skills with the ability to influence and guide senior decision-makers.
