Role Summary
Anthropologie is seeking an experienced and creative senior concept designer who exhibits a natural curiosity and strong ability to innovate. This position will focus on the research and development of seasonal print and pattern trends and concepts for the Anthropologie apparel brands.

- Maintain a current knowledge of the Anthro Apparel business as it relates to LY and Plan.
- Awareness of successes & opportunities found in weekly business, seasonal hindsight, and quarterly Print Attributes.
Role Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in fine art, textile design, graphic design, or related experience necessary.
- 8-10 years of experience in print or textile industry.
- Experienced in trend forecasting, print design, and apparel design.
- Advanced creative and technical skills in Adobe photoshop & Indesign.
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office and Power Point.
- Experience in creative image creation using AI platforms.
